2). Size it at 1024x768, or 800x600 (depending on your use for the collage.
Use 1024x768 for use as a desktop background.
Use 800x600 if you're going to print the collage.

3). I've set the background colour to blue (of course).  You now have a blank image to paste your selections into ...

4). Next, browse for the first digital photo you want to use in your collage ...

5). Select the image and open it ...

6). When it's open "resize" it to a suitable size (I used 250 pixels wide for my first photo) ...

7). Then click on "select" ... "all" ...

8). Click on "edit" and "copy" ...

9). Go to the collage background & click on "edit" and "paste" ...

10). The copy is now pasted into your collage ... use the "move" tool to put it where you want it. You can also "resize" the image by grabbing the corner with your mouse & drag it to the desired size ...

11). Next, open the next image you wish to use & repeat steps 4 to 10.
Continue the process of copying & pasting images till your collage is full.

12). You can re-arrange all the images by using the "move" tool till you get the result you want.

Voila ... your collage is finished!
