It's easy to import & edit images with Adobe Photoshop Elements.  Follow the simple instructions below ...
Opening Photoshop Elements
Photoshop Elements opens with a Welcome Screen. From this screen, you can:
  • Create a New File
  • Browse for file(s)
  • Connect to a camera or scanner to import photos for editing
  • Follow a step-by-step recipe (Common Issues)
  • Follow a Tutorial (Help)

The browse option is the best way to find and open an existing file from your computer, a disk or a CD.

Browse, New, and Open are also options from within Photoshop Elements (File menu) once you are working in the program.
